As Matthew so kindly pointed out I am now closer to 30 than I am 20 and I am only 26! Crazy how that happens. I have come to realize that birthdays aren't what they once used to be with the little kiddo. But, I wouldn't trade it for anything else. Just wanted to show you the beautiful cake Matthew made me with yummy homeade frosting. Spent the day with the fam this year, and it was just right!

Matthew is becoming quite the baker, first cookies and now cakes with homemade frosting to boot... next step... enrichment night instruction.
Matthew made you a cake?! I'm impressed, that would never happen at out house. I guess that's what he gets for reminding you how old you are (which is not old, by the way). Glad you had a fun birthday!

On one hand I wish Ben could bake, but on the other hand it is probably better that we hardly every have treats at our house! I don't have much self control:) The good news is I don't have to cook -Ben makes dinner almost every night!
