The Pumpkin Patch Adventure

I know it has been a long time since I have blogged so I thought I would show you what I was able to do with Eva last Friday on my day off. We had fun, okay, well I had fun going to the pumpkin patch and spending time with other moms and their kids. I was so excited to finally be able to take Eva to pick out her first pumpkin. Well, the reality was she could have cared less about the pumpkins. All she wanted me to do was hold her because the ground was so bumpy she didn't feel comfortable walking on her own. In fact, I ended up picking out her little pumpkin for her. She wouldn't even touch them. As you can tell from the pictures, she really wanted me to stop taking pictures of her, but of course, I couldn't help it because the day was beautiful. Enjoy our pumpkin adventure. Maybe next year Eva will too.

Yeah, she doesn't look super thrilled about those pumpkins. But I'm glad you got a break from the norm. Maybe we'll find a pumpkin patch and do the same! Are you dressing her up for Halloween?

Thanks for your comment...These pictures are really beautiful! What pumpkin patch did you go to? I didn't realize you were such an awesome photographer. What kind of camera do you have? Are you thinking about doing this as a side job?

Verenice, those pictures are beautiful. I can't believe how big Eva is getting. I keep thinking that everything she is doing now, Josh will be doing a year from now. It's crazy. Hope you're doing well.

I'm waiting to see the pictures of Eva covering the pumpkin.

Carving, I meant carving, but a picture of Eva covering her pumpkin wouldn't be bad either... what ever that would be?
